Rest - Tuesday
25-Min Run Walk - Wednesday
25-Min Run Walk or Rest Depending on Feel. - Thursday
25-Min Run Walk - Friday
Rest - Saturday
30-Min Run/Walk - Sunday
45-Min Run/Walk
